Dugan Hall Gallery Show "Materiality" Features Student Work
As part of UMass Lowell's "15-minute features" comes the gallery show Materiality, curated by Alexander Giavis. The show features work from students, alumni, faculty, and artists abroad. The show opens March 22, 2010 and closes with a reception on Friday March 26, 2010 6pm-9pm in the Dugan Hall gallery, 883 Broadway St, Lowell, MA. Fellow lab member Adam Norton is featured in the show with "17x17x0.25_MDF(6)," a laser-cut, wooden sculpture made out of six square, identical pieces of medium density fiberboard. Other artists include Alexander Sewell, Steve Mishol, John Morabito, Victoria Valente, and more.
